So you recently received an audio clip for a "formal invite" for something called OVERSTOKED!🔥, but what does that entail? At the moment, it's a commitment from me to proof out at least 10 episodes of a podcast. Your involvement would be for a single episode, where we talk about: you, and what you're stoked on!
I want to foster unconditional stoke, and hype YOU up. I will be pretty particular regarding the audio quality for these interviews, so my initial goal will be for all of them to be done in person. If we have access to high quality recording equipment, I'll be open to remote recordings.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Where are we going to record?
 - Dayton: Downtown Main Library
 - Lexington: Northside Library Digital Studio
 - I will meet you somewhere local if we can locate similar accommodations for recording
Recording studio preferences:
 - 1 mic per person, dedicated room to record, and ideally sound treated
What is the format?
 - 90 minutes (or so) of dialogue: just two folks having a back and forth that others might hear someday
 - Initial focus on depth of a topic and lessons learned
Is it professional? Am I supposed to do anything in particular?
 - I want to show case YOU, as you are. Not how you think others would perceive you.
 - I don't have a target audience defined for this, but if you feel good about putting it out, me too
But can I sip some bourbon or something else during the recording?
 - If our recording studio is alcohol friendly I'm 100% on board with taking the edge off
Just stoke and hype? Isn't that a little shallow?
 - It's an excuse to connect. The emotional depth has a tendency to seep out once we're talking.
Why are you doing this?
 - I spent too long avoiding the things I thought I would do "if I had the time"
 - This is me "making the time," and I hope to expedite change going forward (myself and others)
Common Topics for the Discussion
How did we meet? Was it running cross country or slinging plastic? Have we actually met?
What are you stoked on now? Or what big projects have you been stoked on in the past?
Are you doing something a "little different" from the norm? Let's lean into it!
Are you mulling over the idea of something new, but it doesn't seem to happen? Let's start it!
Sample Show Notes/References
Summary:
In the episode above I layout a sample format: intro, quick solo recording, and an outro. This will stay sustainable longer the less editing that is done. If we can just record, clean up long pauses or small little sections, that will be wildly effective.
