This is a 2 minute and 14 second video I put together in 2017. My time playing Steamboat was coming to an end. I was about to be done with competitive ultimate frisbee for at least 6 years when it had been a major part of my life since college in 2006. I had shoulder surgery in 2018 due to injuries sustained while playing and lack of managing my body well. This was my attempt to cope with the situation, and push myself to do something different.
